The Business Partner provides consultation and collaboration on a wide variety of Human Resources issues, providing feedback and linkage to the Human Resources Organizational Development and Service Center components. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred. Certification: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification required (or certification eligibility per HRCI standards). Special Training: Computer skills essential (proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database management, and presentation application software). Individual must be able to comfortably and effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization; experience or training in problem solving, dispute resolution, negotation skills is essential. Experience in using, understanding, and interpreting a wide variety of business-related statistical reports essential.
