Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3 months related experience or certificate in phlebotomy from accredited program. Number and Type of Employees Supervised: none. Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: none. Special Training: certificate from accredited program; must be able to read and follow simple written instructions, must be able to perform computer skills, interpersonal skills.
